Kay Benson-Akhigbe and her husband, Benson Akhigbe II, serve as lead pastors of Firm Foundation International, a fast growing movement that raises leaders for global transformation. Based in Benin, Nigeria, Kay is the Chief Responsibility Officer of Living Your Dreams Initiative and Secure the Future Initiative, faith-based organizations that work in several rural communities, schools, and slums for the improved wellbeing of children, women, and youths.
She is the executive producer of Living Your Dreams Television Broadcast, a weekly program addressing inner healing and strongholds that negatively affect lifestyle and families; as well as Director of LYDI College of Life and Family Advancement, which prepares people for relational skills and offers special programs on Inner Healing and Transformation. Her driving passion is manifested through her conferences, held in several nations, addressing the areas of inner life kingdom lifestyle, healthy family relationship dynamics, healings, deliverance, and general life principles. Her ministry has brought testimonies and personal breakthroughs to countless people around the world.
As an internationally acclaimed speaker and facilitator she focuses on equipping people to create and sustain a Kingdom Culture with an emphasis on individual wholeness. She has championed many projects targeted at women, children, and youths; prominent among is a rehabilitation shelter for abandoned children, Unbound Conferences and Workshops, Inner Healing and Transformation Sessions. She is a strong advocate for an all-inclusive approach for addressing social, structural, and systemic problems to restore Biblical values, virtues, skills, and processes that will return men and women to their original God ordained destiny. Kay is a graduate of English Language and Literature from the prestigious University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. She is currently in the process of completing her Master’s Equipping Certification through Global Awakening’s Christian Healing Program.

Anne holds a post-graduate diploma in Business management and is a member of the Association of project managers, the APM Group. She holds a certificate in Entrepreneurial Development from Lagos business school and a certificate in fashion styling from London College of fashion.
Anne is a graduate of Rhema Bible training center Nigeria, with specialization in societal leadership. She is very passionate about the development of the next generation, and is intentional about driving social change, therefore she founded Purity Rocks a forum that educates teenagers to become blameless and harmless children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom they will shine as lights in the world.
Anne is married to Uchenna Ekwueme and they are blessed with 3 boys and a girl.

He founded Vetsark Limited where he currently serves as the Managing Director. Vetsark is a leading technology company with a big purpose to transform agriculture in Africa. Vetsark aims to solve the problem of fluctuating yield among urban farmers. Our platform let’s urban farmers hire a poultry health manager (and veterinarian) on a per-visit-basis instead of a monthly/annual salary access to animal health. The company also has a Farm Record Keeping and Management application with users in 14 countries across West Africa, East Africa, USA and Europe. The company won the Public Choice Prize of the inaugural Google Impact Challenge Nigeria.
Mene co-founded Cascador, a leading entrepreneurship Program that helps mid-stage Entrepreneurs grow their businesses by working with successful American and Nigerian entrepreneurs. The program only accepts entrepreneurs with revenues of $100,000/year or raised capital of $250,000. Mentors are successful veteran entrepreneurs who own businesses worth $100 million, or are top experts in their fields. He currently co-leads Inspire Africa for Global Impact Initiative – a non-profit youth development and entrepreneurship education organization that provides mentorship and entrepreneurship education support to young entrepreneurs. Inspire Africa has partnered with the US Embassy Abuja and US Consulate Lagos since 2017 to provide a training programs for young people in Nigeria.
As part of his work as a social entrepreneur Blessing founded UNFIRE – leading the firm’s management and steering the company towards being Nigeria’s Leading Unorthodox Feeds Manufacturer serving smallholder livestock farmers in the agricultural sector. He has worked in the agricultural sector especially for 10 years and possesses excellent writing and public speaking/communication skills, 8 years leadership and management experience.
As an Educator, Mene has worked as a Teacher, and trained facilitator for 6years and also serves as a Board Director and Vice President for Innovative Cooperative for Optimal Nutrition in Africa (ICON) headquartered in Burkina Faso and Secretary General of Quality Insect for Food and Feed Association of Nigeria (QIFFAN) – an organization supported by USAID Nigeria/MARKETS II project.
Mene has 5 years experience in fundraising and seven years experience in computer software operations. He has represented Nigeria at different Global Programs and Competitions; and received over 20 local and international awards for his excellent social entrepreneurship work in Agriculture and Education – including awards/honors from Ashoka, Google, Global Good Fund, International Youth Foundation, University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership – UK, University of Washington Foster School of Business – USA, University of Witwater and Wits School of Business – South Africa, University of California Haas School of Business – USA, London Business School – UK, University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership – UK, UNESCO Commitment Award & Victoria University of Wellington – New Zealand etc.
He studied Chemistry Education at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria and is happily married to Cynthia with whom he has two kids – Nathan and Rockson.
